Shipping policy
We thank you in advance for you patience. We work hard to turn around your in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Please allow us the grace of 2-5 business days to process and ship your order for ready-made items. We are not in the shop every day. For customized or personalized items, please be mindful of the turn-around time listed in the item description. These items will ship as soon as they are ready.
All items are shipped with a tracking number that will be provided to you. Once your order is released to the shipping carrier, we cannot control the route or status of the package. Please refer to our Refund Policy for items that are damaged while in transit. If an item is lost, please notify us before filing a claim.
