Return, Exchange + Refund Policy
We hope you love everything you find at Blue Bare Merc. & Made, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Below is our complete policy to make returns or exchanges as smooth as possible.
In-Store & Online Pick-Up Purchases
Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Some exclusions apply (see below).
Online Orders Shipped to You
Returns or exchanges must be authorized in advance by emailing us at hello@bluebaremade.com within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or was customized incorrectly.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags and packaging.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Personalized / Custom Orders
Final sale at time of order or purchase unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or customized incorrectly. Note: We are not responsible for spelling or personalization errors provided by the customer. -
Seasonal / Holiday Items
All holiday and Christmas-themed merchandise. -
Personal & Body Care Products
Soaps, lotions, bath bombs, hand sanitizers, skincare, lip balms, and similar items. -
Perishables
Food, fresh flowers, simmer kits, and live plants. -
“Last Call” / Sale Items
Sold “as is” and are final sale. -
Gift Cards (physical and digital)
All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. -
Undergarments & Intimate Apparel
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, liner tank tops, bralettes or swimwear.
Clothing, Hats + Apparel
Returns or exchanges are accepted on clothing, hats and headwear within 30 days, as long as the following conditions are met:

Items must be new, unwashed, and unworn

Must have original tags attached

No signs of wear, stains, deodorant marks, makeup, stretching, or fragrance (e.g. perfume or smoke)

Hats and headwear must be unbent and in original condition
Please try on items with care. We’re happy to help with sizing questions before purchase!
Refunds
If your item(s) are eligible for a refund:

They must be returned unused, in new condition, with original tags and packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

For electronic payments, please allow up to 7 business days for processing by your bank.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability. If we don’t have the same item in stock, we can offer either:

A refund to the original form of payment, or store credit in the form of a gift card.
