Blue Bare Cares Donation Program
Important Info:
Thank you for reaching out to Blue Bare Made with a donation request. We're flattered you believe our products or services would bring benefit your cause or event. We strive to support as many local organizations and groups as possible and review requests with care at least monthly. However, as a small business we appreciate your understanding in that we simply cannot donate to all causes and do not guarantee a specific donation type, value or entitlement to a repeat donation.
In order to be considered for a donation, a request form should be submitted for each individual event or cause by one group representative/contact person.

It's highly recommended to submit a request at least 30 days (but preferably closer to 60+ days) in advance of when you'll need it to be ready.

BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM:
- Gather the tax exemption documentation/official Letter of Request. We require non-profits, schools or other tax exempt organizations to submit their tax ID#, 501 status, etc. for our record-keeping purposes at the time the request is made (not at a later date). Organizations or causes who are not tax exempt will also be considered with a detailed professional request letter outlining your group, why we should consider donating and online links to the organization and/or event to help ensure legitimacy. If we are not already familiar with you, we want to be sure you're the real deal and not a scammer. Sorry, it happens often.
Keep in mind, we most-often donate to organizations and causes located within the greater Martinez, California geographical area.
Recipients will need to pick up any donated items in Martinez, California.
